A few things you might be wondering.
Can Kyu work with our style and belt system?
Yes. Your school defines its curriculum, tracks and ranks, including different progressions for adults and children. Kyu supports multiple martial arts disciplines within one organization. Instructors decide when requirements are complete and when students advance.
Can we manage more than one dojo?
Yes. An organization can have multiple locations, each with its own schedule. Students can see eligible classes across the network, while their home dojo remains part of their profile.
Can instructors track their own training too?
Yes. One person can be both an instructor and a student. Teaching access is permission-based, so an assigned instructor can work with their students without automatically gaining access to everyone’s records.
How do parents follow their children’s progress?
A guardian can access the children linked to their account, with each child’s progress, feedback and schedule kept separate. Schools can also maintain a child’s training profile without giving the child a login.
How can our school get started?
Contact us to discuss your school. We’ll help you get your organization set up. Students and instructors join through personal invitations from their school.
Let’s talk about
your dojo.
Kyu started with a student and volunteer instructor wanting a better way to keep track. We’d love to hear what would help your school.
