Build around your own belt system

Define tracks, ranks and requirements for your school, including separate pathways for adults and children. A student training in more than one discipline has a separate enrollment and progression for each.

Make progress useful between lessons

Keep curriculum reference material, recorded practice and feedback within reach. Students and linked guardians can follow shared progress, and students can ask for help before their next session.

Keep grading decisions with instructors

Review recorded requirements and attendance when considering grading readiness. Readiness is a recommendation, not a promotion: authorized instructors record assessments and confirmed rank awards.

Questions from schools

Do we have to use a standard belt order?

No. Your school configures its own ranks, tracks and belt appearance. Kyu does not impose one martial art’s progression on another.

Can parents follow more than one child?

Yes. A guardian can switch between linked children, each with their own progress and schedule. A child’s training record can exist without a child login.

Will changing requirements erase lesson history?

No. Learning history and current requirements are distinct. Instructors can manage knowledge and requirement changes while preserving the teaching record.
